Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:
* Return must be received by Everly Land within 28 days of receiving your order.
* Goods must be in their original condition with tags attached. Any product which is damaged incomplete or whose original packing is deteriorated, will be neither refunded nor exchanged.
* Sale items are not refunable.

Please note all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.
And, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense, however Everly Land will send the replacement items to you free of charge (only for shipping within Australia). Also, please note that it is your responsibility to select a postage option with tracking for your return, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive to us.
